Zantedeschia
The Zantedeschia (also known as the Arum lilly), is a classic beauty with a colourful flower, sunny temperament and South African roots.
During the eighteenth century, the explorer Giovanii Zantedeschi, discovered the plant in South Africa and took the plant back to Europe.
These days the plant is better known as the Calla Lilly, although some people prefer to call it “chalice” as according to the myth the Greeks drank from the flowers cup.
